SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday, except for national holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. After dispatch, you will receive a message with the details of the shipment and the reports for the follow-up. For more information, you can contact our Customer Service. The time for standard shipping is between 1 and 3 business days. In busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery times can increase. Delivery is carried out by courier, from Monday to Friday (except holidays), usually between 9.00 and 18.00. A signature is required for pickup, so be sure to use a shipping address where there's always someone who can secure the receipt. In case of repeated failed delivery attempts due to the absence of the recipient, the package can be returned to the sender.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As required by law, it is possible to return the purchased ones within 30 days of purchase. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have been opened. They must be wrapped securely using the same packaging in which they were received or in appropriate packaging to ensure that the products will reach us in their original condition. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages due to inadequate packaging.
